This webinar will provide resources and examples of easily replicated tools to support adults and children who have expressive or receptive communication needs, whether they communicate verbally or not. A parent who teaches these techniques in her professional role will demonstrate their application in supporting her own son. Functional communication will be highlighted as a central component in planning across the lifespan and across different settings, including family homes, to support appropriate behavior and enhance quality of life.
